About Us
Welcome to jh Photography, a professional photographer available for your on-location or studio session in West Michigan. My desire is to provide you with a high-quality, unique portrait that captures you as you really are- your true personality- a portrait to be cherished and enjoyed for many years! I’ve taken my decades of love for photography and have meshed the technical how-to with the passion. I’ve attended many educational workshops to better my craft for you, my client. Also in that pursuit, I studied and passed my certification test, adding the title of Certified Professional Photographer (CPP) to my name. Less than 8% of all photographers in the world are certified! I love doing outdoor sessions around West Michigan, but I also offer studio space in urban downtown Grand Rapids. In addition, I am available for destination photography! I look forward to talking to you further about your photography needs.
In addition to being a Certified Professional Photographer, I am a member of Professional Photographers of America (PPA), Professional Photographers of Michigan (PPM) and Professional Photographers of Western Michigan (PPWM), where I serve on the board.
